Job summary

Anthony’s is seeking a Dining Room Manager to lead the front-of-house team and ensure a consistent, guest-focused dining experience. You will work closely with the General Manager and kitchen leadership to coordinate service flow, coach staff, and maintain high standards of service in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays, with responsibilities across training, scheduling, and guest relations.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: Previous restaurant management experience in a service-driven environment.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in fine dining or upscale casual restaurants; coaching front-of-house teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and inspire the dining room team to deliver exceptional guest service.
• Partner with the General Manager to coordinate service flow and daily operations.
• Engage with guests and resolve concerns with professionalism and care.
• Support restaurant goals through scheduling and labor management.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service standards.
• Participate in training, events, and company initiatives.
