Job summary

Anthony's Beach Cafe is seeking a Dining Room Manager to lead the front-of-house team and deliver an exceptional dining experience in Gig Harbor. You will coach staff, coordinate service flow with kitchen and management, and ensure a guest-focused atmosphere on the floor.

You will manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, uphold safety and service standards, and contribute to team development and store-wide goals.

• Previous restaurant management in a service-driven environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and inspire the dining room team to deliver exceptional guest service.
• Partner with the General Manager to coordinate service flow and daily operations.
• Engage with guests and resolve concerns with professionalism and care.
• Support restaurant goals through effective scheduling and labor management.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service standards.
• Participate in training, special events, and company initiatives that strengthen team culture.
