Job summary

Anthony’s, a family-owned group of restaurants, is seeking a Dining Room Manager to lead the front-of-house team in Des Moines, WA. You will deliver a guest-focused dining experience, coach staff, and coordinate with kitchen and general management to optimize service flow.

Prior restaurant management experience and strong leadership are essential. The role requires availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced setting, with competitive hourly pay and opportunities for growth

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and inspire the dining room team to deliver exceptional guest service.
Partner with the General Manager to coordinate service flow and daily operations.
Engage with guests and resolve concerns with professionalism and care.
Support restaurant goals through effective scheduling and labor management.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service standards.
Participate in training, special events, and company initiatives that strengthen team culture.
