Job summary

The Emeril Group’s Delmonico Steakhouse in Las Vegas is seeking an energetic Dining Room Manager who will supervise the dining room staff and support the General Manager and Assistant General Manager in daily operations. You will work directly with the Director of Wine as part of our wine team to uphold our fine dining standards.

Qualified candidates bring experience across service positions, strong POS skills, and expanded wine knowledge, along with excellent communication abilities to engage

Job Description

Delmonico Steakhouse is looking for an energetic professional with a passion for delivering a Fine Dining experience that our guests have come to expect in our 27 years of business on the Las Vegas strip. The Dining Room Manager will directly supervise the dining room staff throughout the day and is responsible to the General Manager and the Assistant General Manager for the ongoing day-to-day operations of the business. This position will be working directly with the Director of Wine as a part of our wine team.

REQUIREMENTS

• Working knowledge of POS systems.
• Demonstrated expertise in all service positions within the restaurant.
• Expanded knowledge of wine
• Ability to maintain composure while performing duties in a fast-paced, busy work environment.
• Possess communication skills required to clearly communicate and actively listen to our guests, team members and members of management.
