This position requires working hours from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday to Saturday. The ability to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining attention to detail is essential. Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.

• Must be able to work on feet for several hours.

Dining Room Host Responsibilities and Qualifications

• Create a warm, welcoming dining room experience for every guest.
• Deliver 2nd Mile Service by anticipating guest needs and going above and beyond expectations.
• Maintain exceptional dining room standards, including table touches, condiment stations, floors, and restrooms.
• Engage with guests throughout their visit to ensure satisfaction and follow-through.
• Assist guests with trays, refresh on beverages, high chairs, and special accommodations.
• Support overall Front of House operations during peak periods.
• Smile.
• Create and maintain eye contact.
• Speak in a friendly tone.
• Make emotional connections with guests.
• Work quickly and efficiently.
• Follow restaurant safety and cleanliness guidelines.
• Be able to work on their feet for several hours at a time.

Prior experience as a host, hostess, or restaurant crew member, team member is not required but is preferred.
