Job summary

Tin Lizzie Indianapolis One, LLC is seeking a Service Assistant to ensure guests have an enjoyable dining experience by providing quality customer service. This role supports servers with food running, table clearing, and guest service in the dining room, while upholding health and safety standards.

You will work closely with teammates, attend required shifts, and maintain a neat, professional appearance in accordance with dress policy.

Qualifications

• Must read, write and speak English.
• Must possess valid food safety certification or any required state food/alcohol certification.
• Be able to stand for 10 hours and lift at least 50 pounds.
• Knowledge of basic restaurant hospitality and service-minded attitude.
• Must have reliable transportation and basic computer usage skills.
• Dress and appearance policy including black slip resistant shoes.

Responsibilities

• Attend scheduled shifts and comply with policies.
• Punctuality and uniform compliance.
• Perform dining room setup, side work, and closing duties.
• Sell to guests with product knowledge.
• Serve guests according to service standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the dining room.
• Process payments and manage guest checks.
• Report tips for each shift.
• Participate in team-oriented work attitude.
