Job summary

The Omni Nashville Hotel is seeking a Kitchen Notes Dining Room Attendant in Nashville to uphold top-tier guest service. You will support dining room operations, maintain table settings, assist servers, and ensure a clean, efficient service flow across shifts.

Ideal candidates bring at least 1 year of food runner experience (DRA helpful) and a calm, customer-focused demeanor; weekend and holiday availability is required in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year food runner experience/DRA experience preferred.
• Ability to handle stressful situations with a calm, welcoming demeanor.
• Ability to work cohesively with coworkers across departments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain highest dining room service standards for guests.
• Know service times, floor plan, table numbers, and seating.
• Assist servers, clear and disinfect tables, and reset settings.
• Move furniture as needed for larger parties and communicate clearly in English.
• Rotate duties, polish silverware, and set up/breakdown buffets as directed.
