Job summary

Omni Nashville Hotel in Nashville seeks a friendly, motivated bartender to deliver exceptional service in a luxury lobby bar. You will set up, assist guests, and ensure smooth operation with Micros and coordinated food delivery.

The role requires flexible weekend hours, strong communication, and teamwork within a fast-paced luxury environment. Training and certification readiness are supported.

Qualifications

• Previous serving experience preferred.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Must have strong communication skills.
• Must be familiar with a service bar atmosphere combination with bar.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain a clean, efficient service area of the bar.
• Perform guest services following Moments of Service guidelines.
• Ring orders into Micros and deliver to tables.
• Deliver food orders from kitchen to bar and return dishes to kitchen.
• Check back with guests and keep supplies stocked.
• Attend staff meetings and training sessions.
