Qualifications

• Requires at least 1 year of experience in a relevant role.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

• Ability to maintain client and customer rapport for mutual benefit.
• Ability to follow Aramark service standards and collaborate across departments.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lb and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead the front of the house and dining operations alongside the Food Service Director.
• Plan, direct, and coordinate food service activities to deliver a finished product.
• Engage and develop team members using Aramark's coaching model.
• Reward and recognize employees; manage performance to meet objectives.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and adherence to policies across operations.
