Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of related experience.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• ServSafe certification.
• Consent to drug screen and pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily staff performance and supervise fairly.
• Train and orient new and existing staff on policies.
• Track attendance and manage absenteeism per guidelines.
• Ensure staff follow recipes and production standards.
• Monitor sanitation and food handling per ServSafe codes.
• Inspect areas and report safety hazards or equipment issues.
• Adjust staffing and production for efficient, high‑quality service.
• Manage inventories, requisitions, and cost‑efficient purchasing.
