Five Star Breaktime Solutions is seeking a Dining Manager to oversee daily dining operations at GA locations. You will lead a team, manage scheduling, training, and HR actions while ensuring food quality, safety, and customer service standards.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 4 years’ related experience or equivalent, ServSafe certification, and the ability to lift 50 pounds. Travel and HR duties are part of the job, with opportunities to support our charity initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of related experience or equivalent education/experience.
• ServSafe certification.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Pre-employment drug screen and background check required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily staff performance and adjust schedules to maximize efficiency.
• Train and orient staff on policies, recipes, and performance expectations.
• Manage attendance and HR actions per guidelines.
• Ensure proper food preparation, sanitation, and production standards.
• Enforce safety, sanitation codes, and report hazards immediately.
• Oversee inventories, purchasing, and cost control procedures.
• Prepare and submit financial and inventory reports.
