Job summary

Five Star Breaktime Solutions is seeking a Dining Support Manager to lead frequent operations across multiple dining locations. You will provide coverage during vacancies, improve menus, and train teams while partnering with Regional Directors to maintain high service and safety standards.

The role involves extensive travel, collaboration with Directors, and oversight of food quality, customer service, and cost controls. A strong background in foodservice management is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in foodservice management.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Ability to manage multiple locations and priorities.
• Experience with budgets, labor, and operating costs.
• ServSafe Certification preferred; driving license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide short-term management coverage across dining locations.
• Lead daily operations while upholding quality, service and safety standards.
• Partner with Directors to implement improvements, promotions and training.
• Conduct audits and identify efficiency opportunities.
• Support new account openings, catering events and meetings.
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding and mentoring managers.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations.
• Maintain relationships with customers and client contacts.
• Monitor labor, food costs and financial metrics.
• Coach teams and promote a positive work environment.
• Ensure timely reporting to Regions Directors.
• Travel extensively to support the region.
