Responsibilities

• Leadership: engage and develop team members to their fullest potential; reward and recognize employees; ensure performance meets objectives and client expectations; plan and lead daily team briefings; ensure safety and sanitation standards.
• Client Relationship: identify client needs and communicate operational progress.
• Financial Performance: maintain P&L statements; deliver financial targets; educate teams on margins and performance metrics.
• Productivity: optimize operations with cost controls and profit management; ensure team is trained; supervise production quality and control.
• Compliance: maintain safe environment; follow safety, wage and hour policies.
• Additional Responsibilities: lead front of house with the Food Service Director; coordinate activities to deliver finished product to customer.
