Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Food Service Manager to oversee dining operations, develop and implement menus, and ensure customer satisfaction for our dining program.

You will lead a team, run daily briefings, uphold safety and sanitation standards, and drive financial performance while delivering a high-quality dining experience across the operation.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred, with at least one year in a management role and a proven ability to build strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Plan and lead daily team briefings; deliver client and company financial targets
• Identify client needs and communicate operational progress; manage costs and margins
• Lead front-of-house dining operations and coordinate with the Food Service Director
