• Plan and lead daily team briefings and ensure safety and sanitation standards.
• Identify client needs and communicate operational progress.
• Deliver client and company financial targets and maintain P&L statements.
• Adopt Aramark processes, understand performance metrics and educate teams on margin levers.
• Ensure value through efficient operations, cost controls, and profit management.
• Supervise production, quality, and control; ensure training across the team.
• Maintain a safe and healthy environment; follow policies including wage and hour rules.
