Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience in front-of-house dining.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Fingerprint clearance required.
• First aid and CPR certified.
• Experience in senior living or hospitality preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly lead dining room staff and oversee service.
• Establish and monitor staffing schedules; fill gaps as needed.
• Maintain daily menu boards and dining room setups.
• Ensure uniforms are clean and staff provide exceptional service.
• Coordinate holidays and special events with Executive Chef and Activities Director.
• Ensure tables are promptly bussed, cleared and reset.
• Open dining room 7am–7pm and ensure coverage for all hours.
• Work weekends and holiday shifts as required.
