Live! Casino & Hotel is seeking a friendly Restaurant Host and Cashier to create a warm, seamless guest experience. You will greet guests, manage seating, and coordinate with servers while processing transactions accurately and professionally.

In this union position, you’ll help ensure safety, maintain clean host areas, and support front‑of‑house operations in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma and customer service experience are required.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Customer service experience with direct customers.
Must obtain and maintain license as mandated by the Maryland Lottery and Gaming Control Agency.

Responsibilities

Greeting/welcoming and seating guests.
Assign wait staff to service guests in their sections.
Answering phone, greeting customers, and tracking seat availability in restaurants.
Assisting wait/bar staff.
Responsible for assisting with bussing and resetting tables.
Responsible for cleaning host area and entrance to the restaurant.
Ensure the safety and security of employees and customers.
Operate cash register to cash out guests.
