Beacon is seeking a Dining Facility Shift Supervisor in Lompoc to oversee daily dining operations during the assigned shift, ensuring timely service, contract compliance, and high customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong leadership, supervision of food service staff, HACCP compliance, and coordination with the Manager and Executive Chef on menus and budgets. A High School diploma is required; a Bachelor's in restaurant management is preferred, with 5+ years in catering/restaurant ops.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in restaurant management preferred.
• Minimum five years in catering/restaurant operations with strong culinary background.

Responsabilités

• Collaborates with Beacon Manager and Contractor Management to meet contract requirements.
• Supervises food service personnel and oversees meal service.
• Ensures sanitation and HACCP compliance across the dining facility.
• Manages Crunchtime and Aloha POS operations and cash handling.
• Trains new staff and conducts performance evaluations.
