Job summary

Beacon Health System is seeking a Manager of Nutritional Services to lead the assigned shift, coordinate workload, and ensure high-quality food service operations across the department. You will supervise associates, schedule staff, and assure compliance with hospital standards and the union agreement.

Preferred qualifications include an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Foods/Nutrition, a Servesafe Food Safety Manager credential, and at least three years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate shift operations for Nutritional Services.
• Ensure adherence to hospital policies, department standards, and Union agreement terms.
• Schedule and assign workload; recruit, hire, and coach associates.
• Oversee training, orientation, and ongoing competency.
• Monitor quality control, safety, and patient service delivery.
• Support cost-savings initiatives and continuous improvement.
