Job summary

ECI Management Group seeks a DFAC Manager in Pembroke, GA to oversee daily dining facility operations, ensure high-quality food service, and maintain health and safety standards. Lead a kitchen team, enforce recipes/production records, and contribute to continuous improvement in a fast-paced military dining environment.

The role requires extensive food service management experience, strong personnel leadership, and the ability to work across shifts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of combined food service management experience.
• 3+ years in Cafeteria or multi-entree operations serving breakfast, lunch and dinner.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Strong customer service and personnel management capabilities.
• Must pass military background check to obtain CAC card.
• Must be a US citizen or authorized to work with a Real ID driver’s license.
• SERV Safe Manager Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily dining facility operations and ensure health/safety compliance.
• Oversee cooks to follow sanitation duties and production records.
• Ensure recipes, procedures, and finished products meet quality standards.
• May perform hands-on work if staffing is short or required.
• Manage schedules within 7:00 am–8:00 pm operations, including weekend coverage.
