Job summary

Ladgov Corporation is seeking a Project Manager for Dining Facility Operations at NAS Meridian, MS. The candidate should have over 4 years of experience in cafeteria-style food service for more than 100 patrons, including at least 2 years in a supervisory position. A strong military food service background is preferred, with 3+ years at pay grade E-7 or higher. The position requires knowledge of sanitation and food safety with a recent certification. The work schedule is Monday to Sunday, 4:30 AM – 6:30 PM, on-site with 24/7 emergency availability.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in cafeteria-style food service for 100+ patrons.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• 3+ years of military food service experience at pay grade E-7 or higher.
• Sanitation and food safety certification within the past 4 years.

Responsibilities

• Lead all dining facility operations.
• Supervise and mentor food service professionals.
• Manage contingency and emergency feeding operations.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation, safety, and food service regulations.
• Act as primary liaison with Government and contracting teams.
