Job summary

Jamul Casino is seeking a friendly Food & Beverage Support team member to assist wait staff in greeting and seating guests, and to help set up dining areas with utensils, napkins, glassware, and condiments.

You’ll assist in taking drink and food orders when needed, clear dishes, restock supplies, and coordinate with kitchen, bar, and servers to ensure timely service while maintaining cleanliness and guest comfort.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months’ experience in food & beverage service preferred.
• Knowledgeable of food and wine.
• Must possess excellent interpersonal skills.
• Available to work required schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist wait staff in greeting and seating guests.
• Set up dining tables with utensils, napkins, glassware, and condiments.
• Take drink and food orders when needed under supervision.
• Clear dishes and glasses promptly to maintain cleanliness.
• Respond to guest needs and provide napkins, refills, and condiments.
• Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and service staff to ensure timely service.
• Assist in setup and cleanup of dining areas.
• Support events and banquets when necessary.
