Job summary

Jamul-Casino is seeking a friendly Food & Beverage Support team member to assist wait staff, set up tables, and help deliver meals. This on-site role at Jamul-Casino involves coordinating with kitchen and bar teams, maintaining dining area cleanliness, and ensuring guest satisfaction while upholding health and safety standards.

You will work closely with waitstaff to provide seamless service, assist in special events as needed, and contribute to a positive dining experience for guests.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills and guest-facing experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities are essential.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist waiter in greeting and seating guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Help set up dining tables with utensils, napkins, glassware, and condiments.
• Assist in taking drink and food orders from guests when needed, under the supervision of wait staff.
• Clear empty dishes and glasses from tables promptly to maintain cleanliness and guest comfort.
• Respond to guest needs, such as providing napkins, refilling water, and offering condiments.
• Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain dining area cleanliness by clearing dishes and resetting tables.
• Assist in cleaning and organizing service areas including kitchen, bar, and dining floor.
• Collaborate with waitstaff and other team members to ensure smooth service.
• Follow health and safety protocols and proper handling of food and beverages.
