Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ year experience in commercial kitchen cleaning or dishwashing.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and proper use of cleaning chemicals.
• Hotel experience is highly preferred.
• Must be able to stand for 8 hours and work flexible shifts.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Gaming License.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing and storage areas.
• Sort and store clean dishes in appropriate locations.
• Assist kitchen staff in waste removal and cleaning floors and walls.
• Ensure dishwashing machines are stocked with detergent and operate efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness of counters, tables and surfaces; ensure food safety standards.
