Job summary

Qualifications

• Six months’ experience in food & beverage service preferred.
• Knowledge of food and wine helpful.

• Ability to work nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, escort to tables, present menus and take orders.
• Provide information on specials and promotions; upsell menu items.
• Ensure timely service, proper presentation, and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and stations.
• Assist in training new staff and promoting a positive team environment.
• Deliver room service and assist with special events as needed.
