Responsibilities

• Set up tables and dining areas with cleanliness and order.
• Prepare meals under guidance of dietary manager or cook.
• Deliver dishes and trays to rooms on schedule.
• Assist in post-meal cleanup and disposal of waste.
• Maintain hygiene, wash dishes and keep stations clean.
• Monitor stock levels and assist inventory.
• Contribute to upkeep of kitchen equipment.
