Job summary

Hill Valley Healthcare is seeking a Dietary Aide to support residents with meals and dining services. You’ll set up dining areas, assist in meal preparation, and ensure high sanitation standards in a fast-paced setting.

Deliver meals on time, help with post-meal cleanup, monitor supplies, and contribute to kitchen upkeep. A patient, team-oriented approach is valued with opportunities for growth within our facility.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a dietary aide or in a similar food service role.
• Knowledge of sanitation and safety guidelines.
• Ability to prepare meals according to instructions and operate kitchen equipment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Must be physically able to work in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Set up tables and dining areas with cleanliness and order.
• Prepare meals under guidance of a dietary manager or cook.
• Deliver dishes and trays to designated rooms on time.
• Assist in post-meal cleanup by clearing dining areas and collecting plates.
• Maintain hygiene by disposing of leftovers and taking out garbage.
• Keep food stations clean and wash dishes and utensils.
• Monitor ingredient stock levels and inventory.
• Contribute to upkeep of kitchen equipment and appliances.
