Hill Valley Healthcare is seeking a Dietary Aide to support resident dining by preparing and serving meals, while upholding sanitation standards. You will set up dining areas, assist the kitchen team, and deliver meals to residents on schedule.

The role emphasizes teamwork, communication, and physical stamina in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma or equivalent is expected; a food service certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience as a dietary aide with strong culinary and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of sanitation and safety guidelines to maintain a hygienic environment.
• Ability to prepare meals per guidance of a manager using kitchen equipment.
• Strong communication and friendly customer service.
• Physical stamina for a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; food service certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up dining areas with cleanliness and order.
• Prepare meals under guidance of a dietary manager or cook.
• Deliver dishes and trays to residents on schedule.
• Clear dining areas and assist in post-meal cleanup.
• Dispose of leftovers and manage waste.
• Keep stations clean, wash dishes and equipment.
• Monitor ingredient stock levels and inventory.
• Contribute to maintaining kitchen equipment.
