Job summary

This role requires at least 2+ years of relevant hospitality experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a willingness to be 21 or older.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant hospitality/restaurant experience.
• 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Create daily floor plans per shift to ensure proper rotation and coverage of stations.
• Supervise floor service in the dining room during hours of operation.
• Perform employee evaluations and manage attendance records.
• Maintain communication with the Chef on all food service and menu issues.
• Communicate with management, chefs, and culinary staff to fulfill and address guest or employee needs.
• Maintain direct communication with guests for special requests and large party reservations.
