• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in food and beverage operations preferred.
• Experience in a resort setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staff and operations to meet service and safety standards.
• Hire, train, and supervise staff.
• Enforce policies and conduct discipline and performance reviews.
• Maintain safety programs and documentation to ensure guest safety.
• Monitor overall guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate with F&B support departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Schedule staff and manage timekeeping records.
