Job summary

MGM Resorts International is seeking an Assistant Manager for Salt & Ivy at Beau Rivage in Biloxi, MS. You will oversee daily dining room operations, guide a team to deliver service excellence, and create memorable guest experiences in a high-energy resort setting.

The ideal candidate is 21+, has a high school diploma or GED, and at least two years of supervisory hospitality experience. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential to coordinate with culinary staff

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years old or older.
• Must have a High School diploma, GED or equivalent.
• 2+ years of prior relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Make daily floor plans per shift to ensure rotation and coverage of stations.
• Supervise floor service in the dining room during hours of operation.
• Perform employee evaluations and manage attendance records.
• Maintain communication with the Chef on all food service and menu issues.
• Communicate with management, chefs, and culinary staff to fulfill and address any issues or needs of the guests or employees.
• Maintain direct communication with guests for special requests and large party reservations.
