Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of management experience in a full-service restaurant or diner environment.
• Proven leadership ability to motivate a diverse team.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
• Strong commitment to delivering high-quality dining experiences.
• Ability to think quickly to address daily operational challenges.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with guests, staff and vendors.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.
