Overview

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager (Remote)to join our growing team!

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead and scale our paid media and acquisition programs, while also owning and evolving our Account-Based Marketing (ABM) / Account-Based Experience (ABX) strategies. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of performance marketing and strategic targeting, perfect for a data-driven marketer who thrives on results and collaboration.

A Day in the Life

  • Own paid media strategy across channels (search, social, programmatic, display, retargeting, etc.) to drive high-quality pipeline and ROI.
  • Manage budgets, forecasting, and performance reporting across all paid channels; optimize toward CAC, CPL, and ROAS.
  • Develop and execute targeted ABM/ABX campaigns in close partnership with sales, SDRs, and RevOps.
  • Manage vendor relationship with 6Sense.
  • Design full-funnel acquisition programs that align with key customer segments and ICPs.
  • Partner with demand generation, web, content, creative, and product marketing teams to develop compelling ad copy, landing pages, and campaign assets.
  • Analyze campaign performance and translate insights into action to continuously improve effectiveness.
  • Implement multi-touch attribution models and report on influence across the buyer journey.
  • Lead marketing automation and CRM integration efforts to ensure lead quality, nurture paths, and account engagement tracking.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and platforms to ensure innovative and competitive acquisition strategies.

We are looking for someone who brings

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years in digital marketing with deep expertise in paid media and customer acquisitionrequired
  • Proven success planning and executing ABM/ABX strategies for B2B mid-market and enterprise audiences required.
  • Bachelors degree required.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, 6Sense, Salesforce, and HubSpot/Marketo/Pardot required.
  • Strong analytical skills; comfort working with data, spreadsheets, and BI tools.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into actionable marketing plans.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
  • A/B testing, funnel optimization, and performance marketing mindset.

Nice to Have:

  • 1+ years of people management experience
  • Experience in SaaS, B2B tech, or high-growth environments
  • Associations and/or Nonprofit industry experience
  • Familiarity with intent data, predictive scoring, and dynamic personalization
  • 6Sense Certification (Advertising Certification, Next-Gen Marketer Certification)
  • Knowledge of SEO, CRO, and web analytics tools like GA4 and Hotjar
