Base pay range

$80,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr

RCReports is a simple SaaS solution for accountants to use when they need to determine reasonable compensation for a client. RCReports helps accountants answer this difficult question quickly, while providing them with a defensible position and increasing revenues.

In this high-impact role, reporting to the Senior Strategic Marketing Manager, you’ll join our growing marketing team to lead the execution of campaigns, manage our website, and build scalable funnels for both accountants and S Corp business owners. You'll bring strategy to life by owning campaign rollouts, optimizing our website for conversions, and making sure every digital touchpoint is tracked, tagged, and ready to perform.

This is the perfect role for someone who thrives on getting things done, enjoys seeing results, and loves owning marketing outcomes from execution through to performance.

A day in the life:

  • Own and manage the RCReports website—create new pages, update navigation and CTAs, optimize UX for both accountants and business owners, and ensure SEO best practices are in place
  • Execute all CRO improvements across the site and run regular A/B tests to drive demo and purchase conversions
  • Launch and manage paid campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and Reddit with performance tracking and weekly optimizations
  • Build out and maintain the business owner funnel, including gated content, follow-up landing pages, and lead tracking
  • Set up and manage UTM tracking, campaign analytics, and clean reporting structure across all digital channels
  • Own webinar logistics from landing page creation to post-event follow-up assets
  • Turn webinars and long-form content into short-form posts, social clips, and downloadable assets
  • Post regularly from the RCReports LinkedIn page, engaging with industry voices and sharing repurposed content
  • Coordinate and publish co-branded partner landing pages, visual assets, and decks provided by our designer to support sales and partnerships
  • Monitor demo conversion rates and implement tests and optimizations to drive conversion
  • Analyze user behavior using tools like Hotjar and Google Analytics to identify friction points and recommend next steps
  • Keep the digital asset library organized, the marketing calendar on track, and all stakeholders in the loop
  • Collaborate closely with the Strategic Marketing Manager (who sets campaign strategy) and the Creative Marketing Manager (who owns email execution) to ensure cohesive messaging, timing, and campaign rollout
  • High attention to detail
  • Learn our product, target market, and persona to create better marketing campaigns
  • High degree of follow-up and ability to keep campaigns and projects moving forward

This job might be for you if you have:

  • 3–5+ years of digital marketing experience in B2B SaaS or related industries
  • Experience managing websites, landing pages, and funnels with clear business impact
  • Familiarity with tools such as GA4, Hotjar, Wordpress, Salesforce, and Google, Reddit, and LinkedIn Ads
  • Strong skills in project management, execution, and campaign QA
  • An ownership mindset with the drive to track, test, and improve everything you build
  • Bonus: Familiarity with the accounting industry or small business owner personas
