Base pay range

$80,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr

Torsh Inc., is an education technology company that produces Torsh TALENT,a secure, online, cloud-based coaching and professional learning platform through which all of the disparate elements of coaching (observation, feedback, goal-setting, goal tracking, data gathering, community building, training and certification) can be organized, tracked, implemented and managed. Our core mission is to improve student outcomes by increasing educator effectiveness and we do this by helping schools and organizations increase educator instructional capacity, improve the delivery of educator professional development, and generate insights into educator effectiveness.

We are seeking a strategic, execution-oriented Marketing Manager to lead and execute day-to-day marketing functions in partnership with the Director of Marketing. This role is central to generating qualified leads, strengthening TORSH’s brand presence, and supporting cross-functional teams. You’ll own campaign execution across digital, content, and event marketing- while helping build scalable processes for long term growth. The ideal candidate understands the importance of accountability, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and brings both creative and operational follow-through to every initiative. You should be comfortable managing vendors, juggling multiple projects, and holding yourself to high standards of accountability.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Director of Marketing to develop and execute marketing strategy, campaigns, and messaging that drive lead generation and brand growth
  • Master and manage the company’s revenue technology stack including Hubspot, Google Analytics, Canva, and Wordpress
  • Manage all digital marketing channels (Facebook, Instagram, X), blog content, and paid media
  • Facilitate communication between the company’s Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for our marketing strategies to identify best practices and new opportunities for lead generation; use a data-driven approach to decision-making to ensure effectiveness
  • Research and become knowledgeable about marketing trends and tools to ensure the company remains best in class
  • Support the company’s CEO in certain partnership & business development efforts
  • Create and manage content including one-pagers, slide decks, case studies, and marketing collateral
  • Plan and manage TORSH’s presence at conferences and events, including logistics, materials, lead capture, and post-event analysis

Position Requirements

Knowledge & Experience

  • 4+ years of marketing experience in EdTech, K-12, or professional development services
  • Experience inearly education and/or early intervention space is a strong plus!
  • Demonstrable passion for education, professional learning and/or coaching
  • Deep proficiency with Hubspot
  • Familiarity with paid advertising platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, Google)
  • Event planning and logistics experience a bonus
  • Minimal graphic design skills
