Torsh Inc., is an education technology company that produces Torsh TALENT,a secure, online, cloud-based coaching and professional learning platform through which all of the disparate elements of coaching (observation, feedback, goal-setting, goal tracking, data gathering, community building, training and certification) can be organized, tracked, implemented and managed. We are seeking a strategic, execution-oriented Marketing Manager to lead and execute day-to-day marketing functions in partnership with the Director of Marketing. This role is central to generating qualified leads, strengthening TORSH’s brand presence, and supporting cross-functional teams. You’ll own campaign execution across digital, content, and event marketing- while helping build scalable processes for long term growth. The ideal candidate understands the importance of accountability, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and brings both creative and operational follow-through to every initiative. You should be comfortable managing vendors, juggling multiple projects, and holding yourself to high standards of accountability.
