Job summary

MBDA is seeking an organised project professional to lead digital workplace and facilities management transformation initiatives. You will translate strategic priorities into clear delivery plans, coordinate cross-functional teams and suppliers, and manage scope, timelines and benefits realization.

Working in a hybrid model with 2-3 days on-site at MBDA locations, you will contribute to governance, reporting and change adoption while supporting continuous improvement and the FM Digital Roadmap.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering digital workplace or facilities management transformation projects.
• Ability to translate strategic priorities into actionable delivery plans.
• Strong stakeholder, supplier and resource coordination.
• Experience managing project scope, milestones, risks, issues and dependencies.
• Knowledge of governance, risk, change control and benefits tracking.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of digital workplace/FM transformation projects.
• Translate priorities into structured delivery plans.
• Coordinate stakeholders, suppliers and resources for project progress.
• Manage scope, milestones, risks and dependencies.
• Support change management, communication and handover to BAU.
• Provide delivery insight and feedback for the FM Digital Roadmap.
