Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience managing enterprise IT projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• PMP certification.
• Experience managing a portfolio of multiple concurrent projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a portfolio of 5–7 concurrent enterprise IT transformation projects from initiation through closeout.
• Drive modernization initiatives across SaaS platforms, AI-enabled solutions, and enterprise optimization efforts.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, budgets, risk registers, and performance metrics.
• Coordinate cross-functional technical teams, stakeholders, and executive leadership to align with strategic objectives.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget with high quality standards.
• Provide regular executive-level reporting and portfolio health updates.
• Champion continuous improvement, governance best practices, and standardized project management methodologies.
