Job summary

MSA Professional Services, Inc. is seeking a Digital Design Project Manager to lead digital delivery initiatives across engineering, architecture, and technical teams, improving workflows and technology adoption.

You will shape and standardize design practices, collaborate with CAD/BIM managers, and evaluate new tools such as Autodesk and Bentley platforms to support project delivery and growth.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of civil engineering design experience with an emphasis on 3D modeling.
• Experience with CAD/BIM in architecture, engineering, or construction environment.
• Experience leading projects, implementing technology solutions, or improving technical workflows.
• Working knowledge of digital design platforms such as Autodesk, Bentley, or similar technologies.
• Ability to evaluate technical solutions and translate them into practical improvements for project teams.
• Strong project management, organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Advance Digital Delivery: Lead initiatives to standardize digital design practices and workflows.
• Manage Technology Initiatives: Plan evaluations, implementation strategies, and project setup approaches.
• Improve Project Outcomes: Partner with Operations leaders to boost efficiency and quality.
• Develop Standards & Best Practices: Establish consistent digital delivery standards and client workflows.
• Support Technology Adoption: Develop training resources and promote tool adoption.
• Drive Innovation & Growth: Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend investments.
