Job summary

MBDA is looking for an Electronics Engineering trainee who will learn from project managers, then grow into an Engineering Project Manager role. You will support delivery, bids and supply chain activities while developing leadership and technical skills.

Dynamic Working and hybrid arrangements may apply, with a combination of on-site and remote work. Training and mentoring are provided to enable progression into the Engineering Project Manager position.

Qualifications

• A technical degree (ideally electronics) or equivalent experience.
• Exposure to electronic engineering or product development.
• Experience in an engineering environment.
• Project management basics, confident Excel skills, and Primavera P6.
• Able to bring people with you through clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Help project teams deliver on time, on budget and to quality.
• Support project delivery, bids and supply chain management.
• Shadow experienced Project Managers and learn from the teams around you.
• Represent Electronics Engineering in outreach and women-in-engineering events.
