Qualifications

• This role requires 5+ years in civil engineering design with 3D modeling focus.
• Experience with digital design, CAD/BIM, or tech-enabled delivery in AEC.
• Proven ability to lead projects and implement tech solutions.
• Knowledge of digital design platforms like Autodesk or Bentley.
• Ability to translate technical solutions into practical improvements.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
