Job summary

MSA Professional Services, Inc. seeks a Digital Design Project Manager to guide digital project delivery across engineering, architecture, and technical teams. You will advance digital tools, standardize workflows, and lead technology adoption to improve project outcomes.

With 5+ years in civil design and strong CAD/BIM skills, you will collaborate across disciplines, influence change, and drive innovation in a multidisciplinary AEC environment. This role offers onsite, remote, or hybrid options.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of practical design experience in Civil Engineering with 3D modeling on civil/building projects.
• Experience with CAD/BIM, model-based design, or technology-enabled project delivery in AEC.
• Experience leading projects, implementing tech solutions, or improving workflows.
• Knowledge of Autodesk, Bentley, or similar technologies.
• Ability to translate technical solutions into practical improvements.
• Strong project management, organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to influence change across disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Advance Digital Delivery: lead initiatives to standardize digital design practices and workflows.
• Manage Technology Initiatives: plan/evaluate tech, strategies, and project setup.
• Improve Project Outcomes: partner with Operations to boost efficiency, accuracy, collaboration, quality.
• Develop Standards & Best Practices: work with CAD/BIM Managers to set standards and QA.
• Support Technology Adoption: collaborate to develop training and roll out new tools.
• Drive Innovation & Growth: evaluate tech like BIM/visualization and propose investments.
