Job summary

International Republican Institute (IRI) seeks a Digital Workplace Specialist to oversee IRI.org web presence and Microsoft 365 intranet. The role spans IT and GEA teams, with a hybrid work model and in-office presence in Washington, DC.

You will manage web hosting, CMS, branding, and internal templates, while coordinating with internal teams to refresh content and ensure accessibility across platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, communications, or a related field; equivalent professional experience considered.
• Minimum three years of professional experience managing organizational web properties using WordPress and SharePoint environments.
• Demonstrated experience with SharePoint site design, page building, permissions management, and document library architecture.
• Experience with HubSpot administration or comparable CRM/marketing automation platforms.
• Strong design sensibility for clean, on-brand layouts in documents, pages, and templates.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as IRI's primary web administrator, owning hosting and content management system.
• Coordinate content refresh for IRI.org with the Government and External Affairs team.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and report on site activity and trends.
• Oversee budgets, procurement, and contracts for digital platforms and CRM development needs.
• Manage vendor relationships with hosting and related service providers.
• Develop and maintain MS 365 templates, standards, and guidance; train staff on tools.
