Job summary

Winstead PC is seeking an Intranet and Digital Workplace Administrator to architect and manage the firm’s collaborative web ecosystem, including intranet, client portals, dashboards, Azure Web Apps, and SharePoint Online.

The role combines web interface design, platform administration, and project management to deliver intuitive user experiences and enforce governance, security, and metadata standards across all platforms.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in digital workplace, web platform, and interface administration.
• Strong hands-on experience with SharePoint Online/M365, intranet/portal platforms, dashboards, and cloud-hosted web interfaces such as Azure Web Apps.
• Ability to design intuitive web interfaces and maintain consistent navigation, branding, and responsive layouts.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and evolution of the firm’s digital workplace and collaborative web platforms.
• Own look, feel, usability, and information architecture of web interfaces across intranet, portals, dashboards.
• Build and administer client portals and dashboard sites with secure, role-based access.
• Define metadata strategies, search optimization, and content organization across platforms.
• Establish governance policies for site creation, permissions, and external sharing.
• Manage Azure Web App interfaces and coordinate deployments with DevOps and infra teams.
• Promote adoption of M365 tools and digitize workflows with effective interfaces.
