Job summary

Immigrant and Refugee Community Organization (IRCO) in Portland, OR seeks an IS Manager to lead IRCO-wide IS projects, manage planning and operations, and oversee case management databases, workflow automation and knowledge management.

The role requires Microsoft Power Platform and API/cloud automation experience, along with strong project leadership and cross-team collaboration in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent four-year degree in Computer or IT related area.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Power Platform management and app development.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage IS development projects and deployment of solutions.
• Identify and propose improvements for Microsoft platforms and Apricot case management software.
• Coordinate across divisions to align staff needs with project priorities.
• Document procedures for IRCO Staff and IS staff to follow, focusing on data governance and security.
• Improve IS management infrastructure (Power Apps, Power Automate, case management software) in collaboration with program owners.
• Establish and manage partnerships with programs and service vendors.
• Plan and manage budget and expenses in line with plan.
• Supervise IS staff with daily direction, performance feedback and development.
• Travel to IRCO facilities to install equipment and address issues.
