Job summary

International Republican Institute (IRI) invites a Digital Workplace Specialist to join in Washington, DC. The role spans IT and Government & External Affairs, with hybrid work and in-office presence three days per week.

You will shape IRI’s public site, internal SharePoint intranets, and Microsoft 365 assets to deliver consistent branding and excellent user experience. Responsibilities include web admin, content refresh coordination, Cloudflare security, budget and contract oversight,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in information technology, communications, or a related field.
• Minimum three years managing organizational web properties using WordPress and SharePoint or equivalent platforms.
• Experience with SharePoint site design, permissions, and document libraries.
• Experience administering HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation tools.
• Ability to design clean, on-brand layouts for documents, pages, and templates.

Responsibilities

• Web Administration, security, and service-provider management for the public site and CMS.
• Coordinate content refresh with Government and External Affairs; ensure IRI.org stays current.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and report on site activity and trends.
• Oversee Cloudflare usage and escalate security incidents to internal or external teams.
• Manage budgets, procurement, and contracts for digital platforms and assets.
• Manage vendor relationships and hosting services.
• Develop and maintain SharePoint intranet sites, templates, and assets.
• Maintain Microsoft 365 document standards and provide staff training.
• Manage digital asset library and in-office display content.
• Administer HubSpot CRM integration and support internal communications.
• Evaluate technology stack; contribute to internal messaging strategy; assist with AV for events.
