Job summary

Group 1 CJDR Rockwall is seeking an Internet Sales Associate to respond to online leads and guide customers through the vehicle purchasing process, both online and in person.

You will build relationships, schedule showroom visits, and help convert inquiries into sales while using CRM and dealership software to track progress and opportunities. Training and support are provided to succeed.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive, internet, retail sales or customer service.
• Experience using CRM systems and digital communication tools.
• Excellent computer and technology skills; strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to internet leads, calls, texts and online inquiries.
• Build rapport with customers and identify vehicle needs.
• Schedule and confirm showroom appointments and vehicle demonstrations.
• Follow up with customers throughout the sales process.
• Assist walk-in customers and provide a positive dealership experience.
• Utilize CRM and dealership software to track interactions and opportunities.
• Maintain knowledge of inventory, features, promotions, and financing options.
• Collaborate with sales, finance and management to meet department goals.
• Meet or exceed individual sales and customer satisfaction targets.
