You will nurture inquiries, provide dealership and product information, and connect customers with a responsive in-store manager to complete the path to purchase.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen years of age.
• Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Able to work weekends and holidays.
• Demonstrated commitment to process improvement, innovation and excellence.
• Persistent and eager to learn and share new ideas in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Pull inquiries from CRM and respond via phone, text, chat, or email.
• Serve as the first-level expert on products, services, and the DARCARS brand.
• Convert inquiries to dealership visits and set test-drive/purchase appointments.
• Adhere to customer communication scripts.
• Record customer information in the CRM in real time and maintain relationships with store personnel.
• Strive to meet or exceed individual performance objectives.
