Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members in a professional manner (in person, online or by phone).
• Complete transactions via interactive teller machines (ITMs).
• Receive cash/checks and process payments; handle mail-in payments.
• Assist with check orders and address changes; troubleshoot as needed.
• Research and resolve routine questions about TTCU products and services.
• Maintain confidentiality and knowledge of TTCU policies; follow regulations.
• Attend training and adapt to changing needs of the organization.
