Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; focus in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or Technology preferred.
• Graduate degree preferred.
• Eight or more years of experience with technology or tax systems.
• Experience with ASC 740 tax accounting, consulting, or income tax compliance preferred.
• Leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements from proposal to deployment of tax automation solutions.
• Develop training and documentation for hand-off to clients.
• Manage project scope, risk, and quality assurance across teams.
• Coordinate with multiple offices to deliver tax solutions.
• Present complex concepts to clients and train staff on new tools.
