Job summary

BDO USA, LLP seeks a Tax Senior Manager, Digital Tax Solutions to lead client engagements, design and implement tax automation tools, and drive business development across the tax practice. The role covers proposal scoping through deployment, training, and post-implementation support, with travel and conference participation as part of the mandate.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of experience with technology or tax systems.
• ASC 740 tax accounting, consulting, or income tax compliance, preferred.
• Leadership experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Qualifies viability of prospective clients and identifies opportunities to expand current business.
• Leads planning or project delivery meetings, including proposal delivery and solutions workshops or training.
• Manages client expectations and requirements; drafts clear proposals and scoping.
• Oversees engagement management and ensures projects are on time and on budget; supports risk management.
• Supervises Associates and Senior Associates, providing feedback and guidance.
